We will base our efforts to become the most sustainable community possible through this law of harmony.  The design guidelines require that all residents of The Cliff’s at Padre Springs act in accordance with the earth, utilizing as many energy sustainable products as possible. As a result we will all become integral harmonic tones of a grand harmony that our community will be able to share with the land.

It is with Sustainability in mind that The Cliff’s at Padre Springs will feature homes displaying “Build Green New Mexico” standard for energy efficiency, the first New Mexico development to implement the gold level standard in the state’s history. We have worked “in concert” with the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association to develop the most advanced green building design guidelines to ever be implemented in the State of New Mexico. It is our goal to afford people that wish to build their homes at The Cliff’s at Padre Springs the ability to combine outstanding luxury living with sustainable energy solutions while taking advantage of state and federal tax credits.  We believe that building green at this point in history is not only ethically sound, but also financially sound. It is now possible to live in a healthy, non-toxic home, nestled in the beauty of Nature.  The homes will provide comfort and luxury while simultaneously producing it’s own energy and food and for your family.
